Our Work Environment
After working in film manufacturing, we didn’t want to work in the dark any longer. You could say it was our inspiration for choosing a house for an office in downtown Brevard with a lot of windows.
The comfort of the house aides our staff in bouncing ideas off of each other as well as gives them secluded areas to work in peace when needed. We believe that, in a creative field, both are necessary to produce the best results.
Our Creative Process
At Automated Results, we have a phrase that we call “throwing it over the wall.” If one of us is stuck, we encourage employees to go to someone else for their input. Because each employee has unique specialties, this creates a free-flow of ideas and increases our efficiency. It also means that if you have a problem, we will find a solution.
