Automated Results was founded on the idea of delivering 'real business results' to our clients and not just software or hardware solutions. The founders of this business had worked in large corporations and hired consultants to assist with their projects. They discovered that too many consulting firms were looking to get their staff on a customer's site full-time without concern for whether their consultants were improving their client's bottom line or even aware of what the business drivers were; they were not results oriented.

At Automated Results, we strive to understand and base our projects on our clients business results, which includes metrics to verify that we have attained our goal(s). It's one thing to install a software package, but what really counts is how much the customer's business is improved by that installation. Simply delivering a solution is not enough, the customer must be seeing a tangible return on their investment. Some projects take a while to see and measure the return, but that shouldn't prevent the project designer from recognizing and accounting for those situations.
