• Automated Results was established from DuPont employees

  DuPont once had a X-Ray film manufacturing site in Cedar Mountain, NC, which is about 20 mins east of Brevard.  With the rise of digital photography, the Imaging Division at DuPont was dissolved.  The owners of Automated Results gained many years of manufacturing, process control, IT management of major data centers, and data acquisition experience from their global assignments at DuPont.

  Although Automated Results doesn't currently do process control work, but rather handle the data from the process control systems, we have valuable experience with the major distributed control systems and PLCs, as well as hybrids.

• DuPont State Forest used to be a manufacturing site

  Back before the year 2002, the Dupont State Forest used to be an X-ray film manufacturing site.  In fact in the 1960s, that location was initially created to make semiconductor chips.

  As an ex-employee of that site, we enjoyed the natural resources.  In fact, I used to take my daughter to work every day in the summer to drop her off within the site at a YMCA camp where she went hiking, swimming, etc.

  After the plant closed, DuPont had the manufacturing areas totally removed, leaving a gorgeous State Park in its place: Visit Dupont State Forest
