We have been in business for over 5 years now and our track record has been
to hire 2 new employees each year. We carefully assess our ability to consistently
draw new business and hire fulltime employees for the long term. Due to
an increase in demand from our existing customers, we are seeking to
fill 2 fulltime positions:
We are looking for software engineers with production experience developing
custom software. We need engineers with abstract thinking skills to translate
the operations of a business into a flexible and maintainable software
model. The applicants must have the confidence to talk with clients from
operations to board members, gather their requirements, and help them
to understand their needs against the capabilities of the software.
Whether we are controlling an assembly line or creating accounting software,
our clients are demanding advanced web applications. You must have a thirst
for keeping up with new technologies and taking software development to
ever higher levels of useability and capability.
We operate within small development teams that work directly with the
clients. Typically the software is developed at our offices and then go
onsite for scale-up, training, and release. You will be expected to travel
2 to 3 days per month to locations throughout the US.
We thrive on sharing our knowledge amongst ourselves and participating
in the evolution of software development standards and shared code. We
expect you to ask for help and to offer help to others.
