Primary Responsibilities:
Work with clients to maintain the network and computer systems for their businesses. We have clients that vary in size from manufacturing facilities to small businesses of 3 to 4 people. We try to proactively work with most of the clients on a contract basis to check their systems for anything that could lead to possible problems. Make sure that backups are occurring correctly and everything is being backed up that is needed for a system disaster. The job will also involve limited phone support of customers calling up with problems
Secondary Responsibilities:
We maintain our own network in house which we have clients that have web sites, web applications and servers at our office. We have to maintain these systems the same as client systems. Maintain and support the computer systems that are used by our employees.
All our clients at this point are using at least windows 2000 systems with the majority using windows XP and Windows 2003 server. Then there is a mixture of network equipment that is used by each client.
The job will be based out of our Brevard office and most of the support clients are within the Brevard area.
