OSI RtPM
OSISoft RtPM is a specialized .Net data historian application developed by OSISoft. RtPM stands for Real Time Performance Management, which is the next generation of their famous OSI PI (Process Information) application. This application can efficiently record data from process control systems (ex. DCS, PLC) into a compressed time series database.
This application allows companies to manage and optimize their production facilities through an extensive toolset and proven store technology (PI historian) that provides a rich set of information for production monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization. RtPM is scalable from a small business to a large enterprise.

We have developed extensive custom enhancements to PI, which include:
- Moore HLL/LIL interface to PI for OSI
- Calculations routine to handle sophisticated calculations triggered by PI events. This allowed calculations to integrate with non-PI systems (ex. SQL Server, SAP, etc)
- SOC system to download targets and multi-level limits at product change. This was integrated with OSI Alarm client and server modules.
- Intranet website containing production summary information.
