Automated Results Customization of OSIsoft PI
We have developed extensive custom enhancements to PI, which include:
- Moore HLL/LIL, BacNet interfaces to PI for OSIsoft
- Calculations routine to handle sophisticated calculations triggered by PI events (ex. material balance). This allowed calculations to integrate with non-PI systems (ex. SQL Server, SAP, etc)
- SOC system to download targets and multi-level limits at product change. This was integrated with OSIsoft Alarm client and server modules.
- Intranet website containing production summary information.
- Measurex interface.
- Custom Process/Production Reporting system with automatic e-mail distribution and network printing
